Since our founding in 1868, we at Nara Toyosawa Shuzo have remained dedicated to handcrafted sake brewing, relying very little on mechanization. This commitment is reflected in the fact that 80% of our production consists of premium sake (Tokutei Meisho-shu), including Junmai-grade and above. While we take great pride in our traditional craftsmanship, we also embrace the evolving tastes of our valued customers, adapting with flexibility while staying true to our passion for sake brewing.
