Our brewery is located in Yuzawa City, in southern Akita, a region known for its excellent water quality and rich sake-brewing tradition. We produce and sell shochu (both korui and otsurui) as well as sake, earning high praise both within and beyond the prefecture. Blessed with high-quality rice, pure water, and a cold, snowy climate, we are dedicated to brewing sake that is cherished by the local community. The brewery sits along the Omono River, drawing from abundant underground natural water rich in minerals, which we use as our brewing water. While preserving traditional craftsmanship, our brewers continuously embrace new techniques, crafting sake with the utmost care—every drop carrying the value of a thousand gold coins.
