The "Tokuto Omachi Project" represents a collective effort from Okayama to craft "Tokuto Omachi", first introduced in 2008. This "Gozenshu Tokuto Omachi 2.2" marks the inaugural vintage from 2028, marking the project's genesis. From Omachi cultivation to sake brewing and fermentation, both rice growers and brewers pooled their expertise to make the "best choice". Omachi rice was meticulously cultivated, resulting in uniformly shaped grains and brilliantly polished rice. With only 500 bottles produced annually, it's an exceptionally rare sake. If you're a fan of Omachi, securing a bottle is a must! Don't miss out on this extraordinary opportunity!
