Matsuda Brewery Company
Ehime
Matsuda Shuzo is a brewery located in Ikata Town, home of the renowned Ikata Toji tradition. We take pride in crafting sake with care to bring smiles to our customers. Using rice grown in Ehime Prefecture, we stick to traditional brewing methods. Ikata Town is blessed with rich seafood from the Seto Inland Sea, Bungo Channel, and Uwa Sea, inspiring us to brew a slightly dry sake that pairs well with local fish. We produce mainly junmai sake and also offer six types of shochu. Through our sake, we aim to showcase the essence of Ehime.
