Founded in 1874, our brewery is located in Rokugo City, a region once home to over 20 breweries, blessed with high-quality rice from the Senboku Plain and abundant underground water. We use locally grown sake rice, 'Misato Nishiki,' and soft underground water from one of Japan's top 100 water sources to brew our sake. We aim to create sake that pairs well with meals, brewed with care and dedication.
