The brewing water, sourced from the Kuju water system, is drawn from a well located on the premises and constitutes a fundamental element of the sake’s quality. Following the receipt of a Gold Award at the National New Sake Appraisal, the brewery is endeavoring to strengthen its focus on the sale of premium sake classified as Tokutei Meisho-shu.
