Yamano Brewery Company

Osaka

Founded in the late Edo period, this sake brewery is located in Katsushika City, Osaka Prefecture. Approximately 90% of our total production consists of designated-name sake, with 40% of that being released as "genshu" (undiluted sake). We use abundant underground water from the Ikoma mountain range and high-quality sake rice mainly sourced from the Kansai region for brewing. Over the period from 2010 to 2021, we have been honored with the Gold Award seven times at the National New Sake Appraisal Competition.
