Wakazeki Shuzo Co., Ltd. is an established brewery founded during the Bunkyu era (1861-1864). In 1961, three historic breweries from the Nakadori region of Fukushima Prefecture collaborated on the bottling division, forming the current company. The brand name "Wakazeki" symbolizes a desire to always be youthful and vigorous in the sake industry. Located in the natural environment of the Abukuma mountain range, the brewery carefully brews its sake. President Yamadadaira Shiro emphasizes the importance of selecting the right sake to complement food and enjoying it properly.
