Established in 1903, Choro Sake Brewery has preserved its traditional methods without skipping any steps. Most of the process is done by hand by the master brewer and the brewery workers, with their dedication and passion infused into every drop. Using local rice, we brew sake that aims to be loved by the community, striving for the ultimate goal of local production for local consumption.
