Unveil Hakubotan Daiginjo, a captivating jewel from the Hiroshima prefecture. With a polish ratio of 40%, each sip is a diligent dance of refinement. An acidity of 1.3 ensures a harmonious balance, tempered by an auspicious SMV of 5 - a delicious mid-point between dry and sweet. Picture a crisp apple meeting a whisper of tropical fruits, an enchantment for the palate. Perfectly pairs with delicate white fish or creamy pasta. It's not just a sake, it's Hakubotan Daiginjo's storytelling in a bottle. Enjoy the narrative of Hiroshima with each pour.
