Currently, the brewery operates four sake-making facilities. The flagship 'Hakubotan Junmai Ginjo' won the Grand Gold Prize in the 2023 'Wine Glass Award for Delicious Japanese Sake,' recognized for its rich rice flavor and aroma, making it perfect as a food-pairing sake.
