Located upstream of the Mogami River, the brewery is blessed with pure, soft water, and uses locally grown sake rice, including Sawanohana and Kamenoo. Emphasizing handcrafted brewing, the local toji and kura (brewery) workers take great pride in their craft, creating rich and aromatic sake with a deep, full-bodied flavor.
