At Hanaizumi Sake Brewery, we strive to create sake filled with dreams and romance. We use 100% Aizu-grown rice, with 90% sourced from our home region of Minamiaizu. Our brewing water comes from Taka-Shimizu, a renowned natural spring flowing from the mountains behind our brewery. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, our small brewery is deeply connected to the local land. The result is a sake that is soft, rich in umami, and blessed by the beauty of nature.
