The brewery, which includes 15 buildings, such as the main house, is recognized as a nationally registered tangible cultural asset. Led by President Takushi Ishikawa, the brewery is committed to producing sake with the utmost care, never cutting corners in the process. The brewery uses water from the Suzuka mountain range, a soft water perfect for brewing ginjo sake, which supports the brewery's signature smooth and refreshing flavor profile with a gentle finish that showcases its craftsmanship.
