Founded in 1730, our brewery has consistently focused on crafting sake that is loved by the local community. We are dedicated to pursuing the rich, full-bodied flavors of dry sake while remaining true to the authentic taste of Japanese sake. We take great care in selecting our ingredients and use traditional, handcrafted methods to create our sake. Our goal is to continue producing the fine local sake, Kasei, from Tsuwano, bridging the past, present, and future.
