Founded in 1916, we are a small sake brewery in Hokkaido with a strong commitment to local ingredients. We primarily use three premium sake rice varieties—"Suisei," "Ginpu," and "Kita Shizuku"—all grown in Hokkaido. Our brewing water comes from the soft waters of Mt. Yotei, allowing us to craft sake with both crispness and rich umami. With dedication and hands-on craftsmanship, our brewers continue to refine the art of sake-making.
