Mifuku Brewery Company

Mifuku Brewery Company

Shiga

In the historic Omi Province, now Shiga Prefecture's Koka, our brewery specializes in producing rich and full-bodied sake with the traditional 'Yamahai method' under the brand 'Mifuku.' We also craft sake under the brand 'Sanrensei,' characterized by its fresh, smooth flavor, made entirely with Junmai Ginjo-grade ingredients. Surrounded by mountains, this naturally rich land provides high-quality rice and underground water from rivers that flow into Lake Biwa. This combination allows us to create sake with a gentle, full-bodied flavor. We continue to refine both the traditional 'Yamahai method' and our Ginjo sake, bringing out the best qualities in each through separate brands.
