Founded in 1788 by our first-generation brewer in Utsunomiya, our brewery started using one of the seven famous local spring waters. Today, our flagship brands "Shichisui" and "Kiku" are shipped across Tochigi Prefecture, other regions, and overseas. Under the concept of "Exciting Sake" and with the spirit of "Challenge & Change," we continue to produce a diverse range of sake that brings out the full flavor of the rice. We strive to craft sake that evolves every year, maximizing the unique characteristics of sake rice.
