4.6This is a tasting note two weeks after opening. The ripe sweetness of a ripe banana gently envelops the inside of the mouth. I prefer to leave it for about two weeks rather than drinking it immediately after opening. The pairing with grapefruit was the perfect match.

4.5Such an interesting sake. When Gakki was released several years ago, I was really surprised by its flavor, and this changed my view of honjozo sake. The impressions I get at different temperatures are completely different, and I can never choose which one is best. I always enjoy this sake.
