This is a tasting note two weeks after opening. The ripe sweetness of a ripe banana gently envelops the inside of the mouth. I prefer to leave it for about two weeks rather than drinking it immediately after opening. The pairing with grapefruit was the perfect match.

I felt like I wanna dance when I drank Gakki Masamune! I recommend every temperature from cold to hot. ​​​

Such an interesting sake. When Gakki was released several years ago, I was really surprised by its flavor, and this changed my view of honjozo sake. The impressions I get at different temperatures are completely different, and I can never choose which one is best. I always enjoy this sake.
