Founded in 1871, we are a small, family-run sake brewery. We use high-quality, soft mountain water filtered through the layers of the carefully managed hill behind our brewery. Respecting tradition, we meticulously brew our sake in small batches. In 2018, we launched the "KURAMOTO" series, representing a new standard in sake. While preserving tradition, we aim to break conventional notions and craft sake for a new era.
