Fukutokucho Shurui Brewery Company is a group company of Oenon Holdings Inc., headquartered in Tokyo. With three production sites across Japan, the company produces shochu in Fukuoka and Kagoshima, while sake is brewed at its Nirasaki Plant in Yamanashi Prefecture. Overlooking Mt. Kayagatake, Mt. Kaikoma, and the Yatsugatake mountain range, the Nirasaki facility is surrounded by beautiful nature and blessed with pristine water. The sake produced here is known for its crisp, clean, and light flavor, offering excellent quality at an affordable price—a balance that has earned it high praise. Thanks to a production environment that allows year-round brewing, the Nirasaki Plant offers a diverse lineup, ranging from carefully crafted sake for dedicated fans to large-format bottles ideal for everyday enjoyment. This variety enables the company to meet a wide range of consumer needs. Recognizing the ongoing decline in domestic sake consumption, the company sees it as its mission to help sustain the market. It continues to focus on enhancing flavor, quality, and cost performance through efforts such as developing new tokutei meishō-shu (premium sake) that can be enjoyed casually on a daily basis.
