Hiyokutsuru Brewery Company

Fukuoka

The 'Hiyoku no Tori' is a bird that symbolizes unity, as it flies with males and females together. The 'Renri no Eda' represents branches that intertwine and grow together, symbolizing a close and harmonious relationship. Our goal is to create sake with a deep flavor that you never get tired of drinking. We envision our sake as a companion that is always gently by your side. Our brewery has its own water purification and rice milling facilities. We use underground water from the Chikugo River, drawn from 200 meters below, and carefully polished local rice that we mill ourselves. By doing this, we preserve the traditional methods of sake brewing.
