Established with investment from East West Brewing Co., this brewery brings Vietnamese sake to life using locally grown Japonica rice. Under the technical guidance of Heiwa Shuzou, the makers of KID sake in Wakayama, the brewery crafts sake that reflects both Japanese tradition and Vietnamese terroir. The brewery also features a taproom, where visitors can enjoy freshly brewed sake straight from the tank, offering a unique and immersive tasting experience.
