This sake "666" is brewed using Yamahai yeast starter cultured with Association Yeast No. 6, and polished to 66%. It features the rich, full-bodied umami of Omachi rice, complemented by the refined acidity typical of Yamahai fermentation. With such dedication, we have continuously improved our sake quality, earning gold awards in recent years at consecutive new sake appraisal competitions, showcasing our brewery's expertise.
