Made from Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 50%, this junmai is crafted with the same level of care as a ginjo—so much so that it could easily be called a Junmai Ginjo. It features a gentle ginjo aroma, pure umami with remarkable clarity, and a crisp, clean finish. Every element is perfectly balanced, resulting in an outstanding sake.
