This sake has a clear appearance with a platinum blue cast. Delicate scents of vanilla maple nut fudge and spicy pear custard are present, offering a fruity and fresh experience with subtle banana undertones. It provides a crisp and smooth taste, featuring hints of fruits and vanilla. The palate unfolds with savory sweet potato bread, white mushroom, tart cherry, and jicama nuances. The finish is smooth, maintaining a very well-balanced profile with a medium-to-full body.
