Herbaceous with hints of grapefruit and a light earthiness. Good acidity, mineral driven, well-balanced with a clean, medium finish. Can be served both cold and warm, this sake is a wonderful accompaniment to seafood and sushi. Gekkeikan Traditional would also make an excellent base for sake cocktails.
