Crafted in Okayama, 'Sakehitosuji Junmaidaiginjou' is a Junmai Daiginjo that dances on your tongue with a polished rice ratio of 50. Its pleasantly mild acidity of 1.5 maintains balance with an SMV of 2, meaning it is slightly sweet, but not overpoweringly so. Its characters are expressed with a youthful freshness, making it an excellent choice to pair with light dishes like sashimi or tofu salad. Brewed with the dedication of Rishomatsu Brewery, it's a distinct tribute to the essence of 'Sakehitosuji' brand. Trust us, one sip and you'll be hooked!

Toshimori Brewery Company

Okayama

Founded in 1868, Toshimori Sake Brewery is located in Akaiwa City, Okayama Prefecture. Driven by the belief that true local sake can only be made with local rice, water, climate, and soil, Toshimori Sake Brewery revived the rare sake rice 'Omachi.' They aim for a consistent process from rice cultivation to sake brewing, growing their own rice in their own fields. Although not a large brewery, they are dedicated to creating authentic local sake, producing unique products that can only be made at Toshimori Sake Brewery.
