This Tokubetsu Junmai boasts a round fruity aroma, noticeable umami, and a well-balanced acidity. It is made with Miyama Nishiki, a rice variety grown locally in Nakagawa Village, nestled between the central and southern alps of Japan. The area is blessed with pure mountain water and crisp, clean air, so much so that you can even find tadpoles swimming in the sake rice fields, living in harmony with nature. Serve chilled or cool in a white wine stem glass. It pairs beautifully with soups, hot pots, salads, pickles, and many other dishes.

By merging these traditional practices with modern techniques, they craft a sake that embodies both meticulous craftsmanship and precision.
