Shimizu Seizaburo Shop Brewery Company
Mie
The terroir of Suzuka, where Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten is located, is blessed with sake brewing. The pristine underground water flowing from the Suzuka Mountains merges into the vast Ise Plain, nurturing high-quality rice. Utilizing this rice and water, we have been crafting delicious sake since ancient times. Since our establishment as Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten in 1869, we have been brewing sake for 150 years in this land. We continue this tradition today. Recognizing it as our destiny as sake brewers in this land to quietly brew delicious sake without shame to the "Taste Sake Suzuka Country" passed down through our long history, we diligently refine our skills every day to brew the "modern taste sake."
