Founded in Genroku 15 (1702), this brewery has been passing down its craftsmanship for over 300 years, producing the exquisite sake brands “Shiroku” and “Kozaemon” from the beautiful land of Mizuho. They use groundwater filtered through the local Byobuyama mountain as their brewing water.
