In Higashiura Town, northern Awaji, Osaka Bay is within reach. Residents enjoy fresh fish and mountain produce with delicious local sake. For over 140 years, we've been crafting this local sake. Despite suffering significant damage from a major earthquake, we rebuilt part of our brewery. Using spring water from Kanokiyama, similar to Miyamizu, the finest rice, and the warmth of our brewers' hands, we strive to create a crisp, delicious sake that complements the fishing town. Our brewery, with its traditional appearance, remains dedicated to handcrafted sake. We steadfastly preserve traditional techniques and are committed to producing high-quality sake with sincerity as our motto.
