Miho Shurui Brewery Company started during wartime to address the shortage of sake by producing shochu and synthetic sake from sweet potatoes and other ingredients in Gunma Prefecture. After overcoming numerous difficulties post-war, it has developed into a comprehensive alcohol manufacturer. Today, they handle the production and sale of a wide range of alcoholic beverages, including Ko-rui shochu, as well as the manufacturing and sale of alcohol-based products.
