Founded in 1942, we began brewing and selling sake as the youngest brewery in Kitakata. Originally, we started as the second factory of the "Yamato Nishiki" brewery. Our goal has always been to produce "light and easy-to-drink sake." Today, we also offer the world's oldest alcoholic beverage made from honey, "Mead," as well as a new series of sake called "Hatsuyukiso."
