Located in the southeastern part of Kani City, Gifu Prefecture, Hayaishi Sake Brewery enjoys a relatively mild climate. As a small brewery, we carefully brew each type of sake in small tanks. Therefore, even the same type of sake may vary subtly in taste from year to year. We hope our customers will appreciate and enjoy these differences.
