It is a bottle of unpasteurized, unpasteurized sake with an alcohol content of 15%, and only the middle portion is bottled directly! It has freshness, umami, and good sharpness! The fresh gasiness that spreads to the palate is balanced with a refreshing aroma and good acidity. It has a crisp aftertaste and is an excellent match with food! It is light and easy to drink without getting tired of drinking! After opening the bottle, you can also enjoy the calm sweetness and acidity, and the changes are also enjoyable!

Taiyo Sake Brewery Company (Niigata)

Niigata

Taiyo Sake Brewery was established in 1945 when 14 breweries from Murakami City and Sekikawa Village merged. Some of these original breweries date back to the Edo period, preserving their history and traditions. The combined knowledge and experience of these breweries initially produced a sake brand called 'Koshi no Tama.' Five years later, the name was changed to 'Taiyozakari.' The name 'Taiyozakari' reflects the idea that many small streams of dedication to brewing delicious sake can merge to become a great river, flowing towards the vast ocean.
