As part of its efforts to make sake more approachable for younger audiences, the brewery has launched a new initiative in collaboration with Tohoku University of Art and Design students. Together, they developed a fresh brand called Tenkyu. Azumanofumoto Brewery continues to uphold the traditions of sake brewing handed down through generations while constantly innovating to create sake that appeals to people of all ages.
