Rating from Customers

This Junmai Ginjo sake features a refined aroma reminiscent of melon and strawberry, with fresh, fruity notes on the palate. Brewed with “Gin Otome” rice from Iwate Prefecture and a carefully blended mix of yeasts, it undergoes a slow, low-temperature fermentation. Bottled with an alcohol content of 14%, this undiluted sake is pasteurized for a smooth and gentle mouthfeel. Best enjoyed chilled, this sake is flavorful on its own, but also pairs beautifully with simply seasoned dishes, especially those highlighting salt.
