WAKAZE established the brewery "KURA GRAND PARIS" in the suburbs of Paris with the aim of "making sake world-class sake." The brewery produces sake using French ingredients while incorporating local food culture and the latest food trends in Paris. The taste we sought for SAKE that harmonizes with diverse food cultures is clear sweetness and light acidity. With its refreshing and mild aroma, low alcohol content, and comforting taste, it can be enjoyed not only as an aperitif, but also as a mid-meal drink, regardless of the cuisine.
