A lusciously smooth and balanced 'Junmai Ginjo' sake from Hyogo's Shinkyu Brewery. 'Tamashizuku' is delightfully aromatic with an SMV of 3 which translates into a gentle touch of sweetness. Its acidity, at 1.6, contributes to a robust character complementing a diversity of dishes. Ideal partner for sashimi and grill. An enchanting harmony of flavors created by dedicated craftsmen using 'Yamadanishiki', Japan's finest sake-brewing rice. Sip and let it cascade across your palate like a dewdrop, true to its name. Enjoy chilled to experience an epitome of taste, balance, and grace.

Shinketsu Brewery Company

Shinketsu Brewery Company

Hyogo

Founded in 1893, Kamimusubi Brewery is the only sake brewery in Kato City, Hyogo Prefecture. Using locally harvested Yamada Nishiki rice and soft water drawn from its well, the brewery produces light, clean sake with a gentle mouthfeel. With over 120 years of history, the brewery has cultivated its unique microbial environment, and its sake is crafted using techniques passed down by skilled toji (master brewers). Just as sake has long been intertwined with regional food and cultural traditions, Kamimusubi Shuzo continues to carry on that heritage, adapting to the times while preserving the essence of tradition.
