Nadagiku Brewery Company

Nadagiku Brewery Company

Hyogo

Founded in 1910, the brewery has been producing renowned sake such as "Nada Giku" using carefully selected sake rice, including the locally grown "Hyogo Yume Nishiki" from the western Harima region. This sake has received high acclaim both domestically and internationally. Due to its small-batch production and meticulous lot management, the brewery has limited output, but by using local rice and dedicating themselves to thorough quality control, they are able to deliver "seasonal sake in its most delicious form" to their customers.
