Following the traditional method, we have aimed to create a food sake that has a rich flavor at room temperature and even when heated. It is the opposite of a light sake, but one that allows you to enjoy the deep flavor of sake. When heated to 45°C, it has a rounder taste and goes well with strong dishes and fried foods.
