Since the time when it was a rice wholesaler, the company has consistently focused on "quality" and is a ginjo brewery where more than 90% of the sake it produces is sake with the specific name of Junmai, or pure rice sake. In addition to the traditions that we have upheld since our founding, we value science, taste, and passion. We continue to protect traditional sake brewing and challenge new possibilities.
