Founded in 1895, Otokojiman Shuzo’s representative sake, “Tatsunoo,” lives up to its name with its rich, mellow rice flavor and a refreshing acidity that lingers pleasantly on the palate. The brewery continues its tradition of meticulous handcrafting with winter brewing, though production is currently on hold at their facility. They are still able to produce the sake with the help of partner breweries.
