This Junmai Nigori has a smooth texture. After the rich umami with a touch of sweetness, the acidity and slight bitterness leave a refreshing finish. It's also fantastic when warmed! The gentle, mild flavors expand beautifully, with a wonderfully pleasant aftertaste that you can feel throughout your body. Despite having 17% alcohol, it doesn’t feel strong at all—easy to drink and never tiring.

Mukai Sake Brewery is famous for Ine-machi's red sake "Ine-mancai" made from ancient rice called Murasaki Komachi, which is made with red rice and the brand name "Kyo-no-Haru" (Kyoto Spring). All of the sake is made with pure rice (no brewing alcohol added), and the theme of the brewery is to make pure rice sake that will be appreciated by as many people as possible for a long time.
