Rating from Customers

4.6

1 reviews

This Junmai Ginjo sake is brewed using Yokawa Yamadanishiki, a rare and highly esteemed sake rice grown in the Special A district of Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture. Cultivated in limited quantities through close collaboration between select breweries and local farmers, this rice is known for its exceptional quality. It opens with a soft, elegant aroma and reveals gentle notes reminiscent of ripe peach on the palate. Delicate sweetness and a subtle depth of flavor lead to a smooth, clean finish—creating a refined and easy-drinking sake with a graceful balance.
