Crafted from Yamadanishiki rice, this junmai daiginjo undergoes a 1,000-day aging period at low temperatures. This extended aging imparts a nutty aroma, leading to a rich, dry flavor profile. Palate-pleasing notes of walnuts, honey, and clove emerge, making it an ideal choice for savoring in a large wine glass to fully appreciate its complex nuances.
