Founded in 1820, Nakayama Brewery has a long history of producing unique sake in the nature-rich area of Asaka. Using natural spring water from the Shirokomi Castle ruins as its brewing water, the brewery crafts distinctive Japanese sake. Near the brewery, there is a Matsusaka beef farm that uses the same spring water to raise delicious Matsusaka beef. We invite you to enjoy our pure rice sake made in the heartland of Matsusaka beef.
