The sake 'Edo Kaijo' has been part of our basic lineup since its initial release. Inspired by the ever-changing city of Tokyo, we adjust the yeast strains and brewing methods for each tank, allowing for a unique taste and aroma in every batch. The result is a diverse range of flavors for you to enjoy. We use two types of rice: Yamada Nishiki and Omachi.

Tokyo Port Brewery Company

Tokyo

2011 we established the only sake brewery in Tokyo’s 23 wards. Operating from a four-story building, we brew sake year-round under strictly controlled temperatures. As the sole brewery producing sake in central Tokyo, we deliver fresh, high-quality products in small batches. Tokyo Port Brewery is known for its unique focus on microbrewing, utilizing tap water in its sake production. With a small team, we are committed to evolving daily, crafting fresh and delicious sake while conducting research and development to explore 'new ways of brewing' for the future.
