5despite the higher ABV content, this sake is surprisingly easy to drink. it’s fresh, clean, perfect for a summer night. notes of cucumber and lime. I like to drink it on ice, which helps dilute it a bit more.

4.2I think Kinoshita shuzo is very famous as a strong type of sake maker. This Ice breaker is strong as well but little bit fresh compared with others. I like drinking this with ice to burn off summer heat.
